L'agriturismo
We are on Verona hills in a renowned area called Montalto.
At 350 meters above sea level stands the Agriturismo Bosco Magico, a structure immersed in our olive grove, which can easily make you forget the chaos of the city for a few days.
The house and the garden around it are at the complete disposal of the family or group of friends who book.
The entire farmhouse is on two levels: the living area complete with fireplace and Tyrolean stube, equipped kitchen and one of two toilets.
Upstairs there is the sleeping area and the second modern bathroom, designed for use also by people with motor disabilities.
The sleeping area will welcome you in a large open space consisting of two double beds, two single beds, bed kit with sheets and wardrobes to store your clothes
A large desk will allow you to work in smart working in comfort, without giving up the pleasures of life in the countryside: admire the view while you work!
There is also a guitar: there is nothing more beautiful than playing and singing togheter
The living area has two comfortable sofas, a large dining table and a kitchen equipped with fridge, oven and freezer: indulge yourself with the most extravagant recipes!
In the garden there is also a small area cultivated with aromatic plants: the allies in the kitchen!

OUR SERVICES
We are happy to offer our guests a stay complete with all the comforts to make you feel at home. Each guest will have a dedicated bathroom set (shower, face and bidet towel). We equip our beds with a set of sheets (whose replacement, especially for long stays, is to be agreed in advance). There is a digital television with internet connection, dishwasher, washing machine (we provide the necessary products for use), hairdryer, electric kettle and air conditioning on each floor.
The farmhouse kitchen is at your complete disposal: you can dedicate yourself to experimenting with new recipes in a new environment that smells of the countryside; we provide our garden scents: mint, sage, thyme, oregano, rosemary, bay leaf, thyme, tarragon.
It is the paradise of natural perfumes!
During the summer the panoramic terrace will be transformed into a comfortable solarium: complete privacy to relax in the sun.

Important information:
We accept credit card or debit card payments
A security deposit of € 200 will be required for your stay.
A contribution for the cleaning costs of the accommodation of € 30 is required
The tourist tax is € 3.50 per person (young people under 14 are excluded and after 5 nights it is not due)
Pets are allowed and stay free (always communicate the presence of your furry friend)
Parking on the property is free
Reservations are accepted at least 3 days before the arrival date.
The minimum stay is 3 nights.

To cope with the health provisions relating to the ongoing pandemic, we want to ensure adequate respect for physical distancing.
Check-in at the structure can take place automatically between 15.30pm-19.00pm.
One day before your arrival you will be communicated via Whatsapp the code to open the safety box located on the entrance gate of the farmhouse, and recover the keys to enter the structure.
In this way, you can arrive and check in at the time most convenient for you (within the window 15.30-19.00) and check-in automatically.
Obviously we are available to meet you, to provide you with the necessary information for your stay and to present our products such as organic extra virgin olive oil.
